Job Summary
Conduct in-depth restaurant operational reviews, identify performance opportunities, and create action plans to improve franchise profitability and guest experience. Lead Franchise Business Reviews, annual business planning, and new unit opening preparations while driving compliance with brand standards, food safety, and training protocols. Provide hands-on coaching to operators and managers, analyze sales and labor KPIs, and monitor marketing initiative execution. Partner with development and marketing teams to support market expansion and growth acceleration, requiring 75-80% travel. This role accelerates operational readiness for Dunkin' franchisees in emerging markets within a multi-brand restaurant portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple locations at the district, area, regional, or franchise support level
- Strong understanding of restaurant financial performance, operations, food safety, and labor management
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence franchisees and operators without direct authority
- Experience supporting new restaurant openings, remodels, or market expansion initiatives
- Ability to travel 75-80%
