Job Summary
Conduct bi-weekly performance meetings with 25–35 franchise partners to analyze KPIs, financial reports, and Profit & Loss data, then recommend strategic improvements for revenue and operational efficiency. Train partners on best practices aligned with AMADA's 3 Pillars of Success, facilitate peer performance groups, and lead site visits as directed. Track weekly metrics against projections, develop actionable improvement plans, and ensure compliance with Franchise Agreements and brand standards while traveling approximately 25%. This role serves as the strategic bridge between AMADA Franchise Inc. and its community of partners to drive consistent execution of caregiving, sales, and operations excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of experience in sales and operations training
- Ability to analyze financial statements and operational metrics
- Strong coaching and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%
