Job Summary
Build deep, trust-based relationships with franchisees as their primary advocate and first point of contact for challenges. Analyze key metrics, financial data, and performance statements to evaluate network health, identify growth opportunities, and drive profitability. Partner with corporate teams to uphold brand standards, diagnose root causes of compliance issues, and co-create constructive solutions. Champion owner development through structured performance plans, financial coaching, and accountability frameworks while leading peer learning sessions to sharpen KPI understanding. Maintain a consistent cadence of structured touchpoints focused on performance trends and growth planning. Travel up to 50% of the time. This role reports to the Vice President of Franchise Performance within a system on pace to open over 200 locations by 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must live in Texas
- Proven experience in business coaching, consulting, or franchise management

- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to read P&Ls, interpret metrics, and translate data into coaching priorities
- Track record of influencing outcomes
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
