Franchise Business Coach at 360 Painting. You will guide and support franchise owners to drive revenues, profitability, customer service, and employee experiences. Responsibilities include coaching and directing franchisees, holding them accountable to performance goals, leading KPI reviews and in-person coaching events, facilitating peer focus groups and training sessions, dispatching national rollout deals, tracking KPI performance, reviewing P&L for profitability, ongoing best-practices training, vendor support, and identifying opportunities to leverage purchasing and marketing. Requires strong leadership, sales, communication, computer skills, urgency, tenacity, time management, self-motivation, problem solving, high energy, and punctuality. Travel up to 50% and remote work from home or Charlottesville, VA offices; remote or hybrid work arrangement described with field visits to franchise locations.
