Job Summary
Franchise Auditor II will manage and optimize our audit activities from planning through completion. Responsibilities include planning the audit process, conducting and overseeing franchise audits, researching current processes, providing recommendations to enhance policies, training Franchise owners in royalty reporting, training new auditors, performing audits across the team, educating franchisees on royalty reporting, updating SOPs and guides, ensuring quality and accuracy, and supporting special audit projects while communicating findings to management.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in SERVPRO Franchise Audit or 4+ years in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related field) or equivalent work experience required
- Proficient in QuickBooks or other equivalent accounting software
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Keen attention to detail and dependable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret legal documents such as franchise license agreements.
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Certified fraud examiner (CFE), certified internal auditor (CIA), or certified public accountant (CPA) considered a plus
