Job Summary
Framing Manager responsible for leading and coaching a team of framers in a retail environment to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions, drive framing sales, manage workload and KPI targets, oversee SOP adherence, inventory, safety, and omni-channel processes, participate in hiring/training, and act as Manager on Duty while fostering customer relationships and a positive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Type of experience the job requires Basic computer skills
- Preferred Type of experience the job requires Previous custom framing experience is preferred
- Retail management experience
- Experience leading a sales team
- Physical requirements includes bending lifting carrying reaching and stretching
- Work Environment description as public retail store setting
- Framing shop contains glass cutter and heat press
