Job Summary
Lead and coach a framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions, drive framing sales, assist customers in creating framing solutions, and manage store operations including SOP adherence, KPI attainment, inventory/shrink programs, and employee development. Role includes acting as MOD, interviewing and onboarding new team members, coordinating with store management to plan workload and networking, maintaining safe store conditions, and collaborating on Omni-channel processes in a busy Michaels retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Type of experience: Basic computer skills
- Preferred Type of experience: Previous custom framing experience is preferred
- Retail management experience
- Experience leading a sales team
