Framing Manager-1

Lead and coach a team of framers to drive custom framing sales, manage SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality framing solutions on time. Responsibilities include scheduling workload with the Store Manager, achieving KPIs, managing inventory, shrink and safety programs, acting as Manager on Duty, assisting with interviewing and onboarding, developing team selling behaviors, and participating in Omni channel processes while providing exceptional customer service.
