Job Summary
Research new frameworks and map their requirements to the existing control library, while evaluating the library for inefficiencies to keep it clean and focused. Build automations or documentation for customers to help them meet requirements with minimal effort, and make product improvements to simplify compliance. This role is central to growing the platform and staying ahead of compliance space changes. You will work with a tight-knit team of rebels redefining the cybersecurity industry to make effective security painless for companies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building security programs from scratch to meet with compliance requirements
- Strong working knowledge of major compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
- Comfort editing structured configuration files (JSON) and writing basic scripts to automate rule updates and validation checks
- Strong logical/technical fluency
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering or coding experience
- Experience scaling an early stage startup from Seed to Series A or beyond
