Job Summary
Framer responsible for rough framing and building wooden structures, including walls, roofs and flooring. Performs joinery work installing joists, studs, flashing, and securing structural supports. Must be dependable, able to follow verbal directions, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills. Experience with rough carpentry, framing, siding, finish, cabinets, and door installation is a plus. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to lift 75 lbs, operate a 19 ft scissor lift, and use PPE. Indoor work year-round with some outdoor work and up to ~10% travel; typical schedule 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, biweekly pay. Tools provided. Woodland, CA, US.

- Familiar with current woodworking & construction methods
- Must have a valid driver's license for a motor vehicle check
- Some experience with Rough carpentry, Framing and siding, Finish, cabinets, door installation is a plus
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for a protracted length of time
- Ability to operate a 19 foot scissor lift
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required
- Typical start time 6AM, Typical end time 2:30 PM
