Job Summary
Demonstrate high ownership and initiative to drive store objectives, personal metrics, and key sales targets. Deliver excellent customer service by building genuine relationships, performing product demonstrations, and offering tailored fragrance recommendations. Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach while utilizing digital tools to provide a seamless omnichannel experience. Merchandise and replenish products timely, maintaining visual standards and beauty hygiene across all store areas. Support store operations by assisting with assigned tasks, ensuring asset protection, and adhering to safety guidelines. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around the store, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
