Job Summary

Demonstrate product knowledge and execute tailored recommendations to drive sales and build client loyalty across multiple fragrance brands. Perform product demonstrations, merchandise and replenish inventory, and maintain visual merchandising and beauty hygiene standards. Utilize clienteling tools and digital devices to support an omnichannel experience while executing promotions and special events. Assist with store operations, asset protection, and fulfillment processes in designated areas. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating team achievements.

Required Qualifications

Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Valid driver's license
Must be available for weekend shifts
Must have a CDL
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Must have 5+ years Python experience
