Job Summary
Fragrance Associate drives sales and delivers an exceptional customer experience by performing product demonstrations, building client relationships, and offering tailored fragrance recommendations across multiple brands. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and initiative to meet store objectives and key metrics, building loyalty through clienteling and superior service, executing promotions and events, and maintaining visual merchandising and standards while supporting omni-channel operations. The position requires adaptability, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
