Job Summary
Operate Calfrac equipment within a diverse field team while assisting with shop maintenance as required. Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures, working outside in all weather conditions. Complete the six-week Operator in Training program including Class 1 MELT and position-specific mentoring to earn promotion and a job revenue bonus. Work a rotating schedule of ten days on, four days off during training, transitioning to fifteen days on, six days off upon completion.
Required Qualifications
- Must live and work in Red Deer, AB
- Valid Alberta Class 3 or 5 driver's license
- No GDL
- Satisfactory Drivers Abstract
- Complete all requirements of the Operator in Training (OIT) program
- Assist maintenance in the shop as required
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment policies & procedures
- Work outside in all weather conditions with a diverse team
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience operating a manual transmission
- Previous industry related experience
