Job Summary
Serve as the embedded financial leader for a portfolio of SMB clients ranging from $10M to $100M in revenue. Execute ProCFO's service delivery standards, reporting cadences, and engagement frameworks while partnering with business owners to strengthen financial decision-making, cash flow, and growth strategy. Report monthly on client outcomes and collaborate actively with fellow CFOs through peer forums and ongoing training. Maintain clear, consistent communication with both clients and the internal ProCFO team. This independent contractor role requires senior financial leadership experience, a track record of building trusted relationships, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences. Based in Dallas, TX, successful candidates must be comfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneously and possess a large professional network in the regional market.
Required Qualifications
