Job Summary
This hands-on Fractional HR role is embedded inside client teams to design organizations for the future of work by blending fractional, permanent, contract, and embedded talent. You will design and implement HR infrastructure, build HR programs across the employee life cycle, architect structures that integrate permanent staff with fractional roles, advise on deploying fractional talent versus permanent capacity, own end-to-end implementation, and lead full-cycle recruitment while serving as the primary client contact for your portfolio. You will navigate ambiguity across multi-client environments with a partner mindset, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement with Metier across various industries in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Strong organizational design experience.
- Hands-on experience with HR tech stacks.
- Experience in multi-client environments.
- Strong communication and business acumen.
- Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable.
