Job Summary
Fractional Growth Product Manager (Part-Time 1099 Contract) to lead Parsley Health’s CRO program across the acquisition and onboarding funnel. You’ll audit the funnel screen-by-screen, generate hypotheses, run end-to-end tests, and help ship winning changes. You’ll collaborate with product design and engineering, report to the VP of Product & Engineering, manage an experiment backlog in PostHog and Linear, build per-experiment dashboards, and deliver a weekly written readout summarizing results and next actions. Key qualifications include 7+ years in growth product or CRO, expertise in hypothesis design and experimentation, and fluency with analytics/tools (PostHog, MixedPanel, Amplitude, SQL). This is a fully remote, independent-contractor engagement with ~10 hours per week over a 3-month term, with potential extension; bonus experience in checkout/join flows for consumer healthcare or subscription products is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in growth product or CRO
- strong structured experimentation program experience
- hands-on with analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude or equivalent)
- ability to build dashboards and write SQL
- experience with Linear and Figma
- clear written communication and ability to create readable readouts for executives
- senior, hands-on individual contributor
- ability to work remotely and collaborate across design, engineering, data, and growth stakeholders
