Job Summary
Lead product strategy and design by translating vision into execution, defining feature priorities, and managing release planning for a unified human performance platform. Own the end-to-end member experience across onboarding, AI coaching, and retention while partnering with founders, engineers, and domain experts to determine what gets built and why. Guide UX/UI direction, champion a scalable design system, and continuously validate assumptions through customer feedback and analytics to ensure every feature contributes to a cohesive, differentiated experience.
Required Qualifications
- An experienced product leader
- Passion for building consumer products
- Comfortable discussing customer psychology, UX, AI, engineering trade-offs, and business strategy
- Systems thinking ability
