Job Summary
Own the monthly close process for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness. Produce financial statements and management reports that clients can use for decision-making while monitoring internal controls and enforcing compliance for GovCon, FAR, and indirect rate requirements. Work inside Easby to manage transactions, approvals, and reconciliations, and support nonprofit clients with grant tracking and donation accounting. Prepare audit-ready packages for external reviewers and collaborate with ROSE CFO Members to deliver integrated financial management. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and participate in client-facing meetings to translate data into actionable guidance. This role offers exposure to CFO-level strategic work across GovCon, nonprofits, and growth companies within a firm automating 85% of finance and accounting by 2030.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 12 years of accounting or finance experience
