Job Summary
Fractional Chief Compliance Officer (Advisor Network) to provide strategic compliance leadership across clients in the alternative investment landscape. Responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing compliance programs for hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices; advising on SEC regulations, regulatory reporting, marketing rules, and governance; conducting compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal policy evaluations; supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and due diligence; and partnering with leadership to strengthen governance and operational controls within advisory engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Chief Compliance Officer or equivalent senior compliance leadership role within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks within alternative investments
- Proven track record of building and managing effective compliance programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in dynamic environments
