Job Summary
Fracturing - Operator in Training (OIT) in Grande Prairie, AB. Six-week MELT Operator in Training program with mentorship and position-specific training, progression to Operator after completion, and a guaranteed base compensation with a job-revenue bonus. Responsibilities include training to operate Calfrac equipment, safety adherence, and supporting district/field operations with mentored exposure to operations; candidates must reside/work in Grande Prairie and obtain Class 1 license training as part of the program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Alberta Class 3 or 5 driver’s license – No GDL
- Satisfactory Drivers Abstract
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience operating a manual transmission preferred
- Previous industry related experience preferred
