Job Summary

Assist with the safe rig-up, rig-down, and movement of large-bore assets and rig mats between locations under direct supervision. Support proper alignment, torque verification, and connection of iron, hoses, and associated components while operating or spotting vehicles, forklifts, and cranes during loading and placement activities. Inspect tools and fittings for wear, maintain work areas, and report unsafe conditions or near misses immediately. This entry-level field position requires a valid U.S. driver's license with three years of driving history and the ability to work 12-hour shifts for 14 consecutive days. You must travel extensively, including remote job sites, and pass pre-employment testing.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
  • 3 year U.S. driving history
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy
  • Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing, including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
  • Daily overtime required and in-person, predictable attendance.
  • U.S. High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to speak and comprehend fundamental English.
  • Ability to attend, participate, and successfully complete the scheduled New Hire Safety training, including but not limited to H2S, Powered Industrial, and basic First Aid and CPR training.
  • Attends and successfully completes annual safety and operations recertification training.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12-hour shifts for 14 consecutive days.
  • Must be able to travel and remain on remote job sites for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of large bore systems and rig mat handling processes.
  • Ability to read and follow basic work procedures, diagrams, and layout drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety-first practices.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become knowledgeable and compliant with digital platforms, including Active Learner, Paycom, KPA, and other company-mandated systems.
  • Must be able to lift 49 lbs. independently
  • Must be able to lift 50 100 lbs. with a team lift
  • Ability to effectively communicate and comprehend the English language

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior oilfield or industrial experience preferred but not required.
