Job Summary
Provide timely, proactive support on the general ledger and prepare analysis with emphasis on inventory accounting accuracy and timeliness. Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision-making, and general projects while ensuring compliance with external and internal reporting requirements. Contribute to FRA projects at country or business unit levels and report technical complaints, adverse events, or special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting and inventory accounting
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements
- Experience with financial and management reporting
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to influence and engage key stakeholders across the organization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in SAP
- Experience in Navision
- Fluency in English language
