Job Summary
Install fire doors and complete remedial works within social housing tenanted properties using job tickets or handheld devices. Collaborate with other trades and the wider site team to manage workloads effectively while adhering to high health and safety standards. Full UK driving licence required for site access and DBS check mandatory. Successful candidates may be required to complete a skills test including fire door installation. Previous experience working directly with tenants is desirable.
