Job Summary
Drive spa operations at the MGallery La Grande Terrasse Spa Nuxe by leading a 15-person team, ensuring an impeccable client experience that reflects Nuxe and MGallery values. Manage commercial and operational performance, including revenue, quality, inventory, scheduling, and reporting. Mentor, support, and inspire daily while collaborating closely with the Thalasso Spa Marin to enhance guest journeys. Maintain high standards of detail, service, and teamwork within this unique seaside wellness environment.
Required Qualifications

- Expérience confirmée en management de spa (2 à 3 ans minimum)
