Conduct personalized guest arrivals and departures while maintaining client well-being as a priority. Act as a liaison between hotel departments to resolve client requests and facilitate seamless operations. Continuously improve service quality by submitting ideas for enhancement and ensure client retention through exceptional experiences. Manage night shift responsibilities including hotel closure, cash reconciliation, and next-day demand anticipation. Receive training in financial revenue tracking and asset/personnel security protocols. Work within the Heartists team of 37 at Novotel Strasbourg Centre Halles, featuring 98 rooms, a bar, restaurant, and four modular meeting rooms.
