Monitor swimmers and adjacent areas at the beach and spa facilities. Ensure guest safety and enforce safety, hygiene, and discipline procedures. Greet clients and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bathing zones. This role requires a current BNSSA certification with up-to-date PSE1 and/or PSE2 refresher training, patience, and a strong sense of teamwork. Candidates must have significant prior experience in a similar position. The position offers a permanent or fixed-term contract of 35 hours, quarterly result-based bonuses after six months, and a 50% employer contribution toward health insurance.
