Job Summary
Provides individual and family mental health and substance use therapy in an integrated care setting at an outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Delivers brief intervention services (30-minute sessions, typically 6-8 sessions) using evidence-based models (e.g., motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy) and coordinates with health center staff. Performs assessment, case management, and referrals; collaborates with health center providers, participates in meetings, and maintains documentation. Must maintain licensure and CEU requirements; driving license and private vehicle needed for travel between Pillars Community Health sites. Salary range: $57,000-$70,000; benefits include medical/dental/vision, disability, retirement, PTO, and licensure reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field required
- LCSW/LCPC/LMFT required
- CADC Preferred
