Job Summary
Conduct pack out operations on a moving conveyor belt, performing packing, weighing, scaling, styling, and grading while pulling bones and removing non-conforming product. Maintain line speeds at designated rates by rotating through cold and hot plant areas, handling up to 55 pounds, and wearing required PPE including waterproof gloves and hearing protection. Coordinate with team members to implement quality, security, and LEAN systems, attend team meetings, and resolve cohesiveness issues to support business objectives. Apply in person at the Fort Smith, AR Hiring Center Monday through Friday for priority consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to move, push or pull up to 55 pounds from table to scales at waist level
- Must be able to bend, stoop, walk, stand and work in a cold, wet, noisy, dusty environment for entire shift
- Must have the ability to make good decisions
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with others and leadership team
- Preference for poultry or food processing organization
