Job Summary
Support the RSAF Officer-in-Charge by advising on specialty aspects, monitoring training, and recommending improvements. Train RSAF Engineering Officers and Warrant Officers in practical and theoretical skills while producing adequate engineering training materials. Perform intermediate-level maintenance as required, including installation, testing, integration, upgrades, and modifications to FPS-117 radars. Manage subsystems such as antennas, processors, computers, and power systems. Requires a BS degree, 10+ years of experience with FPS-117 surveillance radars, and at least three years developing or maintaining the system. Located in Saudi Arabia with no remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree
- 10+ years of related professional experience
- minimum of fifteen (10+) years' experience on a wide variety of surveillance Radars including FPS-117
- theoretical and practical knowledge and experience with FPS-117 Radar operation & maintenance
- experience with installation, testing, integration, upgrades and modifications to the FPS-117 Radars
- Overall experience with Radars should include Air Defense Ground Radar, Primary/Secondary, all aspects of 3- dimensional Radar plot extractors, Height Computers, and interface equipment
- technical know-how should include Antennas, Processors, computers, monitoring, data transmission, plot extractors, power systems and other sub systems associated with FPS-I17 Radars
- at least three (3) years in developing and/or maintaining the FPS-117 Radar System
- This position is located in Saudi Arabia

Desired Qualifications
- Supporting Mobile Maintenance Team (MMT) functions and travel to remote radar sites to perform specialized maintenance, trouble shooting, and training
