FPM Program Manager

FPM Program Manager responsible for deployment and execution of the Spare Parts program at customer sites within the AGS Operation. Oversees the full product lifecycle from forecast alignment, contract initiation in SAP CRM, performance monitoring, to contract renewals; serves as the single point of contact for program escalations and ensures exceptional customer experience. Collaborates with Sales, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Logistics, Order Management, and Finance to achieve program objectives; identifies growth opportunities from parts regain/retain and adds appropriate parts to the program. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 4-7 years of experience; proficient in data mining, analysis, and presentation; strong communication and interpersonal skills. Will travel approximately 25% of the time to customer sites and related stakeholders. Knowledge of Applied Materials spares supply network and SAP is a plus.
