Job Summary
Lead financial evaluation of contracts and physician service agreements, develop financial models and benchmark data from multiple sources to support contract evaluation and enterprise decision-making. Ensure fair market compensation and regulatory compliance, communicate implications to senior leadership, and oversee productivity metrics and physician compensation structures. Drive process improvements, support enterprise-level planning and new business initiatives, and maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, campus entities, vendors, and external partners. Located in Baltimore, MD and on a full-time basis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field
- 5-10 years of experience performing project research and analysis
