Job Summary
FPGA - Market Development Engineer focused on growing FPGA market share in Eastern Europe in collaboration with FAE and sales. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, implementing and executing supplier strategy programs in the local region, driving regular business updates with suppliers, helping customers select FPGA technologies and components for designs, participating in multiple customer development projects, and preparing/conducting trainings, events, and technical meetings with customers and suppliers. Technical leadership in guiding priorities based on supplier strategy and market conditions, with emphasis on customer engagement and technical direction. Requires an engineering degree with FPGA knowledge, fluency in English, outgoing personality, willingness to travel, and remote work readiness across Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, and Slovakia.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc/B.Sc Engineer or equivalent
- FPGA technology understanding (preferably FPGA electronic design)
- Experience with electronics and market development
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel in Eastern Europe
- Driving license
