Job Summary
Partner with Quantitative Researchers and Strategy Developers to translate complex trading problems into scalable hardware solutions. Architect and design FPGA solutions to accelerate key infrastructure areas, then implement them from board to API for production deployment. Continue iterating and improving hardware performance by working closely with trading teams on both strategic projects and short design cycles. This role requires 8+ years of FPGA experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in FPGA or ASIC high level architecture, design, and development using VHDL, Verilog, or System Verilog
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, mathematics or related discipline or its foreign equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with high-speed interfaces such as Ethernet and PCIe
- Experience with high-level software languages like C#, C, or Java
