Operate and control production line equipment, ensuring product quality standards, production schedules, and equipment conservation at the Fernandes Pinheiro unit. Execute CIP and line cleaning procedures while inspecting for anomalies, performing minor adjustments with appropriate tools, and operating both manual and automatic modes with authority to stop the machine for critical issues. Monitor process variables, PCCs, and PPROs under the APPCC plan, tracking raw materials, packaging, and inventory levels while conducting stock checks and production reporting in the system. Analyze losses, production stops, and quality failures using RAFs and RNCs, lead GA meetings to discuss challenges, and train production assistants on equipment operation and problem resolution. Consolidate area data for shift handovers and supervisors, propose procedural improvements, and update area indicators to drive performance improvements.
