Job Summary
Conduct personalized interactions with customers across all store zones, sharing product knowledge on fit, fabrication, and styling to drive sales. Initiate conversations about FP Movement events and wellness passions to foster engagement, while maintaining visual and operational standards throughout the sales floor. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings to support store initiatives, and actively participate in the shipment process to stay informed on new arrivals. Uphold safety standards, ensure inventory accuracy, and reduce product loss in alignment with company policies. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
