Job Summary
Drive sales through product knowledge and genuine service to customers in every zone. Act as a brand representative by initiating personalized conversations, promoting FP Movement events, and collaborating with fitness partners to enhance the store experience. Maintain visual and operational standards while supporting the shipment process to stay informed on new arrivals. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings to share expertise on fit and styling. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs. Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience in customer service
