Job Summary
Conduct personalized interactions with customers across all store zones, sharing details about FP Movement events and special offers to drive engagement. Maintain visual and operational standards while supporting the shipment process to stay informed on new product arrivals. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings to share expertise on product fit, fabrication, and styling. Adhere to safety standards and inventory accuracy policies to support store profitability. Requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
