Job Summary
Initiate conversations with customers across all store zones to provide genuine product knowledge and drive sales through personalized service. Actively promote FP Movement events and engage partners to enhance customer participation while maintaining visual and operational standards. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings to share expertise on fit, fabrication, and styling. Support the shipment process to stay informed on new arrivals and uphold safety policies to reduce product loss. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
