Job Summary
Conduct personalized interactions with customers across all store zones, sharing product knowledge on fit, fabrication, and styling to drive sales. Actively promote FP Movement events and engage participants through an omni-channel perspective while maintaining visual and operational standards. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings to support store initiatives, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety policies. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
