Job Summary
Lead the FP Movement team as a brand ambassador, driving sales through an omni-channel approach that emphasizes visual presentation, lifestyle connection, and personalized service. Oversee daily operations including staff scheduling, payroll, inventory accuracy, and safety standards while interpreting home office visual direction for store structure and merchandising. Cultivate a strong store culture by managing talent pipelines, conducting onboarding, coaching employees on product expertise, and executing local event programming to drive community engagement. Provide global feedback on customer experience and product trends to district leadership while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet store needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years store leadership experience
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
- Experience in coaching and conflict resolution
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
