Job Summary
Drive sales by providing product knowledge and genuine service to customers across all store zones. Initiate personalized conversations, share details on FP Movement events, and connect with shoppers on shared passions for wellness and fitness. Maintain visual and operational standards while supporting the shipment process to stay informed on new product arrivals. Collaborate with peers and leadership in daily meetings, actively participate in store initiatives, and uphold safety standards and inventory accuracy. Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience in customer service
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
