Job Summary
Drive sales and lead the store team by acting as a brand ambassador who fosters personalized service and wellness-focused engagement. Manage daily operations, including zone execution, shipment processing, and visual standards, while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety compliance. Collaborate with leadership to execute events, share product knowledge through resources like the Freeway hub, and facilitate open dialogue among employees at all levels. Maintain an energized pace and positivity to support store profitability and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand
