Job Summary
Drive sales and lead the store team by acting as a brand ambassador who fosters personalized service and wellness-focused engagement. Manage daily zone operations, execute shipment processing, and maintain visual standards while ensuring accurate omni-channel order fulfillment. Support leadership in developing Stylists, facilitating open dialogue, and driving participation in FP Movement events through active collaboration with fitness partners. Prioritize safety, inventory accuracy, and policy adherence to support store profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand
