Job Summary
Drive sales and lead store operations by acting as a brand ambassador who fosters an engaging, wellness-focused environment. Execute daily zone management, facilitate team meetings, and guide Stylists through product knowledge and brand messaging. Process omni-channel orders, manage restocking, and maintain visual display standards while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety compliance. Collaborate with leadership to promote events, share metrics, and support the FP Movement's customer experience through personalized service and proactive problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand
