Job Summary
Drive sales and build awareness of key metrics by acting as a brand ambassador and creating selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience. Facilitate an energized pace and positivity of the team while managing the daily zone, executing operations, and maintaining visual display standards. Support shipment processing, restocking, and product placement to ensure timely omni-channel order fulfillment. Teach product knowledge and brand messaging to the Stylist team, guide their development, and foster open dialogue through daily meetings and active collaboration with leadership. Prioritize service over tasks, uphold safety standards, and reduce product loss to support store profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand
