Drive sales and build awareness of key metrics by acting as a brand ambassador and facilitating an energized pace in the store environment. Create selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience through personalized service, product recommendations, and connecting with customers on shared interests in wellness and fitness. Manage daily zone operations, execute shipment processing and restocking while maintaining visual standards, and support store leadership on creating engaging events in collaboration with fitness partners. Guide and develop the Stylist team by teaching product knowledge and brand messaging, while actively participating in daily meetings and maintaining inventory accuracy.
