Job Summary
Drive sales and lead store operations by acting as a brand ambassador, executing selling initiatives, and managing daily zone activities to foster an engaging environment. Facilitate team development through product knowledge training, event promotion, and open dialogue while maintaining visual standards, inventory accuracy, and omni-channel order processing. Prioritize service over tasks, ensure safety compliance, and guide the Stylist team toward professional growth. This role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Located at 99 Rockingham Park Blvd, Salem, NH, the position supports URBN's FP Movement brand and contributes to store profitability through proactive problem-solving and customer relationship building.
