Job Summary
Drive sales and lead the store environment by acting as a brand ambassador and facilitating an energized pace for the team. Execute daily operations including office procedures, shipment processing, restocking, and maintaining visual display standards while ensuring inventory accuracy and safety compliance. Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service, product recommendations, and promoting FP Movement events in collaboration with fitness partners. Guide the Stylist team, share product knowledge via internal resources, and participate in daily meetings to reinforce follow-through and open dialogue. Support the leadership team in developing others and responding to communication while adhering to all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
- Experience being a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand
