Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by managing sales forecasting, scheduling, and payroll to ensure effective zone charts. Act as a brand ambassador to create engaging visual experiences and support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent. Drive customer engagement through personalized service, event programming, and omni-channel support using MPOS, POS, and the FP App. Analyze business opportunities in product placement and stock levels while maintaining safety standards and inventory accuracy. Collaborate with local fitness partners to drive community sales and execute timely shipment processing. Provide global customer feedback to leadership and facilitate team development through open dialogue and goal setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years store leadership experience
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
